2. Bring this hand filled form Download To save your Time.
3. Foreign Travelers can't give samples from Home.
4. If any of the test Result is positive, then the Passenger will have to be barred from testing for the next 7 days.
5. Foreign travelers will be able to Re-Test in Govt. Approved Organization After 7 Days of being Positive.
6. Verification will be done at the airports using certificate and passport number only.
